The company, established in October 2003, is located in Baling Development Zone, Dangyang City, an ancient famous cultural city in the Three Kingdoms, with the registered capital of CNY30,00 million and the land area more than 1,700 mu. Currently there are 360 employees in the company, including 31 technicians, 30 R&D staff, and 6 of them have the title of senior engineer.

At present,The company is currently a leading manufacturer of flexible graphite, owning 1 grapheme nanometer piece production line, 3 expandable graphite production lines (with the capacity of producing 22,000 tons expandable graphite per year), 10 flexible roll board production lines (with the capacity of producing 5,000 tons graphite roll boards per year), 8 sets of sealing material equipments (with the capacity of producing 500 tons graphite seals per year). 

The company is additionally devoted to the research and development of new products and is capable of manufacturing the deep processing equipment production line of flexible graphite product and its related technical services.

The company has passed the IS09000 quality management system certification. As the new high-tech enterprise specially supported by Dangyang City, the company has been as the ''Integrity Management Model Unit of Hubei Province", and has been honorary titles of "Advanced Unit”，“ Taxpaying Contribution Award ‘’， Enterprise”，"4-star Winner Unit". In 2016, the company was recognized .Taxpayer", and was elected as "Council Member” by China Association of Sealing Member; in 2017, the company was awarded the " May 1st Labor Prize " of Yichang City, and the comrade Yue Xinqing, the president of the comapny was elected as the NPC member of Xingshan County and Yichang City.
